River really goes the extra mile for their customers. I bought this before for my mama bc she loves banana bread, as just as he did before, River accommodated her diabetic needs by making it sugar free and gluten free. The loaf came in perfectly sealed and packed and is just as soft and squishy as if it were still made with regular flour. You would never guess it was any different from a standard banana bread!!
The Banana bread is insanely delicious. There are not words to do it justice. It was moist, flavorful, and full of walnuts and cheesecake. Each bite was savored! I cannot recommend it enough. Best banana (or any flavor) bread I have ever had without question!
